Exam
Date: April 12, 2003
To be eligible to take the FE, students must be graduating
in May, August or December, 2003. All eligible students must
go to www.ncees.org
click on Exam Registration and then Louisiana to register
for the exam and pay the $90 exam fee. Students may either
register online or complete and mail the registration form
with a check or money order for $90. The deadline for registration
and the exam fee to be received by NCEES is February 17, 2003.
Any registrations received after that time will NOT be considered
for the April 2003 exam.
NOTICE FOR RECENT GRADUATES: Anyone who is not enrolled as
a graduate engineering student must submit the Engineering
Intern (Non-Student) application to the Louisiana Board with
the appropriate fee. This form can be downloaded from the
Louisiana Board's website at www.lapels.com.
Admission Authorization Packages will be mailed to candidates
approximately 21-30 days before the exam date. Please note,
candidates must bring their admission card
and a government-issued photographic ID on the day of the
examination. Any candidates who have not received their admissions
packages two weeks before the exam date should call toll free
887-536-7729 immediately to request another
package.
